Turkish-Japanese Science and Technology University Rectorate, approved by Law No. 6742, Article 8 of the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of Japan on the Establishment of a Turkish-Japanese Science and Technology University in the Republic of Turkey" and Presidential Decree No. 2 and 3 Pursuant to Article 3, Prof. Dr. Bekir Sami YILBAS has been appointed.
