Vision

The vision of the Turkish-Japanese University of Science and Technology is to be a world-class university that is research-oriented and prioritizes science and technology.

TJU defines its vision as becoming a research center that creates world-class educational opportunities, a university that is recognized internationally as a leader in science and technology, offering successful educational programs, enabling scientific and technological developments, and focusing on national and international collaborations in mobilizing all necessary infrastructure and human resources. In line with this vision, TJU aims to achieve its goals and ideals with distinguished scientists, researchers, engineers, and experts.

Mission

TJU defines its mission as reflecting an understanding that supports development by contributing to science and technology, focuses on solving problems, and prioritizes cooperation as a demonstration of Turkish-Japanese friendship. It aims to contribute to science, technology, and innovation, and to cooperate with Turkey, Japan, and the international community in order to reach the highest international standards through education by researching educational standards. In this context, TJU, taking into account international priorities together with Turkey and Japan, aims to be an educational institution with the best standards in the world through the sharing of education, know-how, science and experience.
