To this end, the establishment of a Turkish-Japanese Cultural Center on campus ensures the introduction of both cultures to individuals. TJU aims to possess the education and research infrastructure, operational solutions, equipment, and fields that digital universities have. In this context, TJU aims to adopt an innovative and interactive approach in line with its digital education and research philosophy. Utilizing Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR and AR) solutions, TJU supports students in excelling both cognitively and technologically. By leveraging the metaverse universe, it aims to enable students to achieve the best in many areas, including distance education and digital pedagogy. The ultimate goal is to establish a knowledge-focused university designed by TJU.

Society 5.0 and Campus

One of the mottos of the Turkish-Japanese Science and Technology University is "Everywhere is a Research and Learning Area." Adopting this understanding, it aims to highlight its educational and research approach with diverse campus features. Campus construction, laboratory design, and smart facility management involve collaboration with other science and technology institutions. It aims to solve the challenges faced by researchers with Society 5.0-focused approaches. This approach includes learning areas everywhere, green space arrangements, and environmentally friendly approaches on campus. In addition, the campus aims to be designed to meet specific needs, and to enable inclusive and independent activities through the use of laboratories.
