Educational Approach

The program is structured with a research-based and interdisciplinary educational approach. Doctoral and master's students are guided towards producing original research through advanced theoretical courses, as well as seminars, project-based studies, and field research. Real-world disaster data, simulation infrastructure, and scenario analysis are key components of the educational process.

Students are integrated into national and international research projects from an early stage; the production of academic publications and the application of scientific outputs are encouraged. This educational approach aims for graduates to master not only academic knowledge but also critical thinking, problem identification, ethical responsibility, and interdisciplinary communication skills.
