Graduates of the Earthquake and Disaster Science Master's and Doctoral Programs possess the competencies to work as academics and researchers in universities and research centers, as well as in public institutions, local governments, disaster and emergency management units, international organizations, and private sector R&D centers.
Graduates can take on roles such as disaster risk analysis specialist, early warning and decision support systems developer, infrastructure resilience specialist, and policy and planning consultant. Furthermore, thanks to their strong interdisciplinary backgrounds, they can assume leadership roles in advanced projects in engineering, urban planning, public policy, and environmental fields.
